POLYKAR MOVES TO NEW PRODUCTION FACILITY AND LAUNCHES NEW CORPORATE IMAGE

We would like to inform you that as of Monday, December 6, 2010, we will be officially relocating to our new plant. The new address will be:

Polykar Industries, Inc.
5637 Kieran Street
Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 0A3

Please be advised that all phone and fax numbers remain unchanged.

However, the transfer of all voice and data lines will take place in the afternoon of Friday, December 3rd. Consequently, the office will be exceptionally closed at 3:00 pm EST on Friday, December 3rd. Please be advised that no emails or faxes will be received until the start of business on Monday, December 6th.

We are taking this opportunity to introduce our new logo and corporate image. All of our product packaging and documentation will gradually transition to this new image over the coming weeks.

We are also pleased to inform you that, going forward, Polykar will now be comprised of 5 business units. They are:

1. Waste Management Solutions: garbage bags and compostable bags.

2. Food Packaging Solutions: regular, freezer, and perforated pound bags as well as all other food-approved packaging to be developed.

3. Polyethylene Film: film sold to converters.

4. Custom Bags On A Roll: bags for industrial or food packaging applications.

5. Recycling Services: we will offer our recycling capability to other polyethylene film manufacturers and converters.
