Pierre Fitzgibbon Appointed Chair of the Board

Montréal, QC, August 5, 2025 – Polykar, a leading Canadian manufacturer of sustainable flexible packaging, announces its inaugural Board of Directors, with the appointment of Pierre Fitzgibbon as Chairman.

Mr. Fitzgibbon is widely recognized for his contributions to the economic development of Québec. With more than three decades of experience in finance, corporate strategy, and business development, he has held influential roles across politics, finance, and the corporate world. He has served as Québec’s Minister of Economy, Innovation and Energy, and brings with him a deep understanding of the province’s economic drivers. Mr. Fitzgibbon leadership will help guide Polykar’s vision for responsible growth and innovation.

The appointment of this Board of Directors follows a strategic investment by MontClerc Capital in Polykar.
