Polykar Prepares To Open New Warehouse In Edmonton, AB
The temporary warehouse will serve clients in Western Canada before the completion of Polykar’s permanent production facility in Edmonton
MONTREAL, Canada, November 16, 2020 - Polykar’s journey in its Western Canada expansion is now well underway. The Quebec-based company today shared the news that a fully operational warehouse in Edmonton will be ready to open and serve clients beginning January 4, 2021.
Conveniently located in Leduc, AB, the 11,000-square-foot warehouse is part of a brand-new industrial facility incorporating newly furnished office spaces. With key finance, administration, customer service and shipping staff already hired and trained, the warehouse is organized and equipped to support the needs of all Polykar’s western client base.

The majority of Polykar stock products will be available directly from the Edmonton location, offering clients shorter lead times, faster delivery and a dedicated local team to serve valued distributors and customers in the region.
The opening of the temporary warehouse is a significant milestone in the company’s thirty-three-year history and testament to Polykar’s strategic vision to grow and increase its industry footprint in core regions and markets.

Polykar’s Edmonton warehouse will officially open its doors and accept orders in early January 2021. The second phase – the construction of Polykar’s permanent Edmonton facility - is on schedule and set to commence in Spring 2021.
